Things to Know
- All rates are per month
- Rent is due on the 3rd
- Rental insurance is YOUR responsibility
- A $10 setup fee is applied to new customers
- A refundable deposit (equal to rent) is due at signing
- Deposits are refunded AFTER you move out
- Payment options are auto-pay or online
- Moveout notice is required to avoid ongoing billing
- 1st months rent is prorated (no prorate for move-out month)
- Completed forms
- Valid ID (Drivers License or other state issued)
- Vehicle registration
- Current mailing address
- Bank information (for autopay)
- Prorated 1st month rent + Deposit + Setup Fee
